This book not only explains this in complete detail but GIVES YOU THE WAYS TO DO IT. Ultimately our surroundings come from the way we think about things and ourselves. I have read tons of books on personal improvement and the law of attraction and this is by far the best one because it takes a bit of all of them. The way the author reads the book makes it crystal clear. The audio book blew me away, it allowed me to catch things I had not paid attention to while reading it. I had already read the book and I bought this to solidify what I had read. I know I will be listening to it repeatedly! I cannot recommend this book more highly. I noticed an immediate change in my productivity and attitude. Give it to me straight but give me a little reason with my "faith." This book was great! It is the grandaddy to books like "The Secret." It was a million times better than any of its offshoots. I cannot stand airy fairy books with rambling babble that sound like yoda wrote them. Although I like books that inspire positive thinking and encourage visualization. I just have to say that I was so pleasantly surprised by the logic and flow of how the material was presented. I read the reviews and saw how long the book had been around. This recommendation came the day before my monthly credit came in so it was right on time. " It's life altering." ( I later found out that this guy was an advisor for Tony Robbins for many years.) I was looking for a new book.

And what does this have to do with anything? Anyway, he told me that a lot of the changes that were going on in my life were necessary at this time but then said that if I really wanted to see a big difference in a short period of time then I should check this book out. This was the year I would "regain my power." Okay. This man told me that I was on a life changing journey and in year 6 of a 7 year cycle. All well and good but i was not paying someone to tell me that I wold meet a tall, handsome stranger after he saw my ringless finger. he struck up a conversation and started telling me things about myself like he was psychic.

I heard about the book when a kooky, older man came in to the bar where I work. Not a bad thing, I guess, especially considering that it keeps me from ramming my CRV into nearby motorists. Many of the them are repetitive and I catch myself being lulled into a sort of dance like state by the materials.

I listen to inspirational/motivational books every day while driving to keep me from bursting into flames while engulfed in road rage on the streets of Los Angeles.
